McLAUGHLIN, HELEN AGNES - At the Saint John Regional Hospital, on April 3, 2002. Helen Agnes McLaughlin passed away, at the age of 88. She was born in Southfield, NB, daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret Ann (Curran) McLaughlin. Helen was retired from NB Tel after 30 plus years of service and belonged to the NB Tel Pioneers. Helen is survived by one brother, David and Vera McLaughlin, Sussex, one sister, Clara and John Stephen, Quispamsis. She was predeceased by brothers; Maurice, Felix, Henry, Hazen, Anthony, Warren and Joseph, sisters; Mary Curran, Rose McLaughlin and Kathleen McLaughlin. She is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home, 18 Scovil Road, Norton (839-2156) Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from Sherwood's to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norton, for Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 5, 2002 at 11:00 am., followed by interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery. www.sherwoodsfuneralhome.com
