O'BRIEN, SEAN EDWARD - The unexpected death of Sean Edward O'Brien occurred after a brief illness at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on Monday April 8th, 2002. He was born in Saint John NB, July 17th, 1967, the son of John E. and Verna M. (Earle) O'Brien of New Maryland, NB. He was a graduate of Fredericton High School and the Maritime Forest Ranger School. Sean was employed by the City of Fredericton. He was an ardent bass and ice fisherman and a member of the Fredericton Anglers Club. He is survived by his parents, a sister Mary Katherine of Toronto, a brother Joseph K. of Taipei and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Resting at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home, 160 York Street, Fredericton, with visiting hours on Thursday, April 11th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Sts. John and Paul Church, New Maryland on Friday, April 12th at 12 Noon. Rev. Ralph McRae will officiate assisted by Rev. Bob McGuire.
