CORMIER, JOSEPHINE - The death of Josephine Cormier of 219 Ellerdale St., wife of Oliver Cormier, occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2003. Mrs. Cormier was born in Miscou Centre, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Maillet) Frigault. She was a member and made honorary life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Royal Canadian Legion Lancaster Branch 69 and Holy Trinity Catholic Women's League. She was an avid bowler. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Camille Frigault; a sister, Valerie Ward; and a son-in-law, Earl McIsaac. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Frank (Elaine) of Saint John, and Daniel (Kathleen) of Hampton; three daughters, Geraldine Hanlon (Patrick) of Rothesay, Elizabeth McIsaac of Saint John, and Joan O'Brien (Michael) of Lower Sackville, N.S.; twelve grandchildren, Karen Knight, Paul, Jared, and Dominique Cormier, Gary and Darren Hanlon, Kim Kitchen, Pattie Dugay, Bro. Sean McIsaac, B.G.S., Cathy Kuske, Mark O'Brien, and Michelle Beauchamp; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., from where the funeral will be held on Monday morning at 10:30 to Stella Maris Church for Mass of Christian Burial at eleven o'clock.
