After five hours with us, it is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden, unexpected passing of our precious baby boy, Carter Christopher Hann on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at The Queen Elizabeth II Health Care Centre in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He will be missed and forever loved by mommy and daddy, Cheryl Hammond and Chris Hann and sister Marion. (Predeceased by grandmother Marion Hammond and great-grandmother Georgina Tucker). Left to mourn this sad loss, grandfather David Hammond (Michelle); uncle Mark (Candy), cousin Adam Hammond, Edmonton, AB; grandparents Ivor (Cranley) and Elaine Hann; aunt Stephanie (Jim), cousins Brandon and Matthew Murphy, St. Philips, NL; great-grandmother Mary Hammond, Portugal Cove, NL and great-grandmother Edith Churchill, Portugal Cove, NL, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Baby Carter will be resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329Freshwater Road, St. John's, NL with visitation Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. The funeral service will take place 2 p.m., Monday, July 7 at St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Portugal Cove, NL with interment to follow at the St. Lawrence Anglican Cemetery on the Bauline Line, Portugal Cove, NLSafe in the Arms of the Heavenly Father
