(nee Babstock) August 18, 1918 - July 4, 2008 - Passed peacefully away at the Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia, on Friday, July 4, 2008, in the presence of her loving family, Rebecca Pitcher formerly of Swift Current, aged 89 years. Predeceased by parents, Agnes and George Babstock; infant daughter, Doreen (1945) and loving daughter Joan (2008). Leaving to mourn with precious memories, her loving husband of 65 years, Archibald; daughters: Glenys (Bob), Donna (Jim), Ada (Clyde), Carolann (Jessie); sons: Wayne (Blanche), Dennis (Stacey), Danny ( Rosalind), Terry (Maggie); also lovingly remembered by seventeen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers: Baxter (Frances), Gerald (Olive); brothers-in-law: Hector and Silas and sister-in-law Carrie; a number of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends. Resting at the SUF Lodge Heart's Delight, Saturday, July 5th, 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral. The funeral service will be held from St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Heart's Delight, on Monday, July 7th, 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at St. Matthew's Anglican Cemetery.
