LILLIAN GERALDINE (FARRIS) EVERETT
EVERETT, LILLIAN GERALDINE (FARRIS) - Lillian Geraldine (Farris) Everett of Plaster Rock passed away at Tobique Valley Manor on July 14, 2004. Born March 9, 1910 in Union Settlement, NB, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Alicia Farris. She was also the wife of the late Kenneth Everett and the last surviving member of a family of nine. Lillian had three children, Philip (Jean) Everett of Fredericton, Gordon (Geraldine) Everett of Guelph, ON, and the late Lois Bucci (Wallace); four grandchildren, Alicia, Allan, Edwin, Kendall; five great grandchildren, Melissa and Chad Wright, Sarah and Blair Everett, and Brittany Everett. Lillian was a school teacher in the Plaster Rock area for 25 years. She was a member of Tobique Chapter #23 Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years. Also a member of the Hospital Auxiliary, and Silver Tops Senior Citizens Club. Lillian enjoyed knitting, crocheting, embroidery, and quilting. She was a lover of poetry and composer of many poems. She was a member of St. George's Anglican Church of Plaster Rock. Lillian had many loyal friends whom she cherished. Resting at St. George's Anglican Church in Plaster Rock with visitation on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday July 17, 2004 at 2 pm from the church. Rev. David Perks officiating. Interment in Burntland Brook Cemetery. There will be an Eastern Star Memorial service held at the church on Friday evening at 7:30.
