FERGUSON, ADJUTOR - At Tracadie-Sheila Hospital with his family, Mr Adjutor Ferguson, age 77, from Tracadie-Sheila, passed away on Wednesday July 28, 2004. Husband of Therese Basque. He was the son of the late Arthur P. Ferguson and the late Alice McMahon. He is survived by his six daughters: Alexina (Jean-Guy Morais), Francine (Aldin McLaughlin), Diane (Bertin Sonier), Louise (Normand Michon), Suzanne all from Tracadie-Sheila, Rose-Marie (André Albert) from Paquetville; five sons: Jean-Jacques (Joyce Young), Donald (Alga Leclair), Norbert (Jocelyne Sivret), Daniel (Blondine Duguay) all from Tracadie-Sheila, Pierre-Paul (Caroline Gallant) from Moncton; six sisters: Lucina (John Harrity), Hedwidge (Albert Hayward), Doris (Eddy Moore), Anne-Marie (Basil Vautour) all from St-Jean, Annette (Robert Harrity) from Detroit, Ruby (Michael Kinsley) from Ontario; four brothers: Vianney (Rose) from Tracadie-Sheila, Guy (Bertha) from St-Jean, Edward (Donna) from Ottawa, Bernard (Linda) from St-Jean; 26 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Predeceased by : one granddaughter: Tania (1984); one great-grandson: Mitch (2004); one sister: Alexina (1944); four brothers: Vincent (1991), Delphis (1994), Réginald (1995), Edmond (1986). Mr. Ferguson was a member of the liberal party. He represented the riding of Tracadie from 1967-1978. He will be resting at Robichaud Funeral Home on Friday July 30 at 2 pm. The Funeral services will be held at the St-Jean Baptiste Church in Tracadie on Saturday July 31, 2004 at 11 am. Visitation hours: Friday 2pm to 4pm, 7pm to 9pm, Saturday 9am until the service.
