BOUCHER, LEONARD "LEN" - The death of Leonard "Len" Boucher, 60, of Irishtown Road, Moncton, occurred suddenly at his home on Friday October 8, 2004. Born May 29, 1944, he was the son of Albert and Lorraine (Goguen) Boucher. He was past co-owner of Universal Auto Body Supplies. Len also served with the Royal Canadian Navy, and past physical education instructor with the YMCA in Saint John. Besides his parents of Moncton, he is survived by three children: David (Martha) of Mexico, Stephen (Renée) of Halifax, Cathy Allison (Jim) of Moncton; three grandchildren: Abigail, Alex and Jarred; two sisters: Juliette Babineau (Ozzie) and Diane Melanson (Francis) both of Moncton; five brothers: Romeo (Joyce) of Lakeburn, Don (Joyce) of Hampton, Oscar (Starr) of Riverview, Reg (Gwen) of Moncton, Stewart (Jackie) of Shediac Bridge, his former wife Sylvia (née LaPierre), several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who will long remember good times spent together at the farm. The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). The funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday October 14, 2004 at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C. Church, Murphy Avenue, Moncton. Interment will be in St. Pierre Cemetery, Cocagne.
