RUBY MAY DICKINSON

DICKINSON, RUBY MAY - Ruby May Dickinson of Hartland passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Sunday, October 17, 2004. She was born June 23, 1915 in Bannon, Carleton County and was the daughter of Judson and Lottie (MacKinnon) Burlock. She lived in Simonds, Carleton County all her married life. Her husband, Ronald Dickinson predeceased her. Ruby is survived by a daughter, Joyce (Gerald) Estabrooks of Fredericton, NB, a son, Robert (Gloria) Dickinson of Kirkland, PQ, six grandchildren and three great-granddaughters: Rob (Arline) Dickinson and daughter Erika of Oshawa, Ont; Peter Dickinson of Vancouver, BC; Pamela Dickinson of Kitchener, Ont; Paul (Lisa) Estabrooks and twin daughters Hannah and Lauren of Markham, Ont; Bruce Estabrooks of Edmonton, Alberta and Sarah (Kevin Faschoway) Estabrooks of Waterloo, Ont. A brother-in-law Bernard (Mona) Dickinson of Simonds, NB, a sister-in-law Frances Pelkey of Fredericton, NB and several nieces and nephews also survive. Remains are resting at the Britton Funeral Home, High Street in Hartland with visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the Hartland United Baptist Church on Thursday at 1 p.m. with Rev Daniel Jamer officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland. Donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
