THOMAS, SHERWIN WILMOT - 82, of North Head, Grand Manan, N.B. passed away Saturday afternoon, February 3rd at the Grand Manan Hospital. Born in North Head he was the son of the late Howard and Allean Thomas of North Head. Mr. Thomas was a retired Nurse and spent several years as the Recreational Supervisor at the Toronto General Hospital. He was also a member of the North Head Baptist Church. Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Gillcrist) Thomas at home; one son, Charles (Alice) of Toronto; one grandson, Kevin, of Oshawa; three granddaughters, Karen, Elaine, and Amy all of Toronto; three great grandsons, Jessie, Colin, Bryan of Oshawa; one great granddaughter, Melissa of Oshawa; as well as by several nieces, nephews and several cousins. Mr. Thomas was predeceased by two sisters, Lydia, Bessie; and four brothers, Coney, Marven, Harvey, and James. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.
