O'KEEFE, GERALD DOUGLAS - Gerald O'Keefe of Saint John, son of the late Frank and Mabel (Wetmore) O'Keefe, died peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on June 24, 2007. Gerald was a bartender in Vancouver for many years. He is survived by one daughter, Peggy Russell (Bill) of Bathurst, NB; two sisters, Constance Graham-Milne of Saint John West and Elizabeth (Betty) Nickerson of Kelowna, BC; two grandchildren, Shawn and Alyssa; several nieces and nephews as well as special friends Bob and Gloria Kerry. Gerald was predeceased by two brothers, Ronald and Edward and one sister, Dorothy Goguen. Although there is no visiting at the Funeral Home, friends are welcome to attend a memorial service to be held at Cavanagh Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 91 Leinster St (634-1712) on Friday June 29, 2007 at 1pm. www.cavanaghfh.ca
