BABINEAU, HYPOLITE (1922 - 2007) - Hypolite Babineau, husband of Yvette (Barrieau) Babineau of Acadieville, NB passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, Miramichi, NB on Sunday, July 29th at the age of 84 years. Born in Acadieville, NB, Hypolite was the son of the late Emilien Babineau and the late Belzénee (Bourque) Babineau. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Diamond Construction for 35 years. Hypolite is survived by his wife, Yvette; three daughters, Marie (Lévis) Fournier of Saint John, Carmella (Camille) Gallant of St. Louis, and Elmina (Quin) Perras of Calgary, AB; seven sons, Robért of Foyer Du Rogersville, Emile (Doris), Gerald and Felix (Alma) all of Saint John, Yvon (Bob) of Toronto, ON, Rejean of Vancouver, BC, and Arthur of Moncton, NB; two sisters, Suzanne of Foyer du Shediac, NB, and Yvonne of Acadieville, NB; one brother, Brother Lewis C.J.M. of Charlesbourg, QC; 15 grandchildren, Pauline, Sylvia, Paul-Emile, Nicole, Melanie, Yvette, Laura, Eric, Corinne, Stephane, Claudia, Joylne, Josee, Celina, and Lance; three great-grandchildren, Chloe, Dominique, and Gabriel. Also survived by two special friends of the family, Yvonne Babineau, and Nicole Babineau; two sisters-in-law, Louise (late Raymond) and Anna (late Raoul); and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Hypolite was predeceased by five brothers, Ernest, Patrick, Raymond, Emilien, Raoul; and four sisters, Anna, Sister Rosalie N.D.S.C., Suzanne, and Josephine at a young age, and three sisters at birth. Resting at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Acadieville with visitation taking place Monday, July 30th from 7 to 9pm, Tuesday, July 31st from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm and Wednesday, August 1st from 2:00pm until time of funeral. Funeral mass will be at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Acadieville on Wednesday, August 1st, 2007 at 4:00pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
