MACQUARRIE, JEAN (1918-2008) - Jean MacQuarrie of Perth-Andover passed away at Victoria Glen Manor on January 26, 2008. Born in Summerside, PEI on August 31, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Miner and Reta (Stright) MacNevin. Jean leaves behind her daughter, Brenda Boudreau (Leo) of Perth-Andover; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Jean was also predeceased by her husband, Scott MacQuarrie; her sisters, Muriel Miller and Lillian MacEachern; her brother, Lloyd MacNevin. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 pm. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 8 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Jean will be taken back to Prince Edward Island where she will be resting at Dawson Funeral Home in Crapaud, PEI on Wednesday 1 to 2 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 2 pm from Dawson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Crapaud People's Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Crapaud People's Cemetery, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Salvation Army, or to the Thomas Woods Playground Fund would be appreciated by the family.
