SHIPLEY, MARIE ELIZABETH - The death of Marie Elizabeth (Campbell) Shipley, 54, wife of Michael Shipley of Rothesay, occurred at her residence on Thursday, February 7, 2008. She was born in Norton, the daughter of the late Donald and Agnes (McGinnis) Campbell. Marie is survived by her husband; sons, David and Hannah Shipley of Moncton and Mike Shipley of Saint John; daughter, Lori and Darren Tucker of Arlington, Virginia; grandchildren, Brandon, Jarrod and Julieann Shipley and Grace and Gabrielle Tucker; sister, Bernadette (Roger) Clement; father-in-law, Albert Shipley; sisters-in-law, Janice Dugay of Rothesay and Karen Campbell of Norton; brothers-in-law, Richard and Ann Marie Shipley of Rothesay, Tom and Nancy Shipley of Rothesay, Peter Shipley of Kingston Peninsula, Pat and Theresa Shipley of Kingston Peninsula and David and Jennifer Shipley of Windsor, NS; several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Kevin Campbell; mother-in-law, Rosalie Shipley; and sister-in-law, Adrienne Shipley. Resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home (839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visitation on Saturday, from 6 to 8 pm and Sunday from 2 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norton, will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery in the spring.
