IRVINE, WALTER JAMES - passed away at the Orchard View Nursing Home in Gagetown NB. on Saturday March 29th, 2008. Born in Fredericton N.B. to the late Colby Smith and Mildred Charlotte (Foster) Irvine on December 7th, 1932. Walter is survived by three daughters, Wendy Hammond of Saint John, Lynn Kelly of Grand-Bay Westfield and Teri (Brad) Davis of Lincoln; stepbrother, John (Yvonne) Jones of Fredericton and a sister, Nan Stevens of Trenton, Ont. Seven grandchildren, Jason, Adam and Kelly Hammond, Heather and Krista Kelly and Sheena and Katie Davis. Besides his mom and dad, Walter was predeceased by his loving wife, Norma (Grant), sister, Jeannie Goodine, son in law, David Kelly, two brothers in-law, Ronnie Goodine and Sandy Stevens, and step father, Lawrence Jones. Funeral arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). Visitations will be held on Monday March 31st, from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm. The Funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 1st, 2008 at 2 pm from the Fundy Funeral Home "Chapel". Interment will follow at Fernhill Cemetery.
