PEARSON, SUSIE EVELYN - The death of Susie Evelyn (Reicker) Pearson, age 105, of Springfield, NB, occurred at her residence on January 21, 2009. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Pearson. Susie was born in Kars, NB, on May 5, 1903, the daughter of the late Daniel and Erma (Spragg) Reicker. She is survived by daughter, Evelyn Folkins; son-in-law Claude Russell; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by sons R. Douglas and K. Cecil; daughter M. Marie Russell; daughters-in-law Gladys (Bell) Pearson and Louise (Thompson) Pearson; son-in-law Thomas Folkins; brothers Gordon (Eva) Reicker and Herbert (Hazel) Reicker; sister's Effie (George) Thomson and eight year old Pearl. She is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visiting on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Trinity Anglican Church, Springfield at 2:00 p.m. on, Sunday, January 25, 2009. Interment will be in St. Simon and St. Jude's Anglican Cemetery, Belleisle Creek, NB. in the spring. Donations to Trinity Anglican Church or the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
