PLUME, EDNA ETTA - 76, of Havelock passed away peacefully Saturday June 13, 2009 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Havelock she was a daughter of the late Charles and Etta (Branscombe) Killam. A member of the Havelock Baptist Church, she attended the Havelock Wesleyan Church, the Havelock Women's Institute and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was a former employee of the T. Eaton Company, the former Havelock Mercantile Store and retired from Barbour's Foods of Sussex. She enjoyed bowling, travel and volunteering in her community. She will be sadly missed by her children Harold, Kenneth and Catherine at home; sisters Jennie Keith of Petitcodiac, Carolyn Killam of Sussex; brother Harold Killam (Letha) of Truro; sisters in law Christina MacLeod (Lee) of Havelock, Myrtle Steeves of Petitcodiac, and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Reginald (1993); sister Willa O'Neill, brothers and sisters in law. Visitation at the Havelock Funeral Parlour, 19 Cross St. (534-2600) on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be Wednesday June 17 at 2 p.m. from the Havelock Wesleyan Church with Pastor Nick Graham and Pastor Bill Parks officiating.
