We the family of Todd Robertson regret with deep sadness to announce Todd’s sudden passing on Sunday, February 8, 2009.
Todd was born at the Glace Bay Hospital on November 9, 1974 as Walter Todd Porter. At the time of his passing, Todd was residing in Glace Bay.
Todd was truly loved and will be sadly missed by his mother, Sandra Howie, Edmonton, his brother, Clinton Porter (Tania) and his nephew, Brandon, Glace Bay. Todd will also be sadly missed by his other siblings, Raymond Cormier (Lizanne), Shereen and Stephanie King, Edmonton, also his nieces, Sydney and Charllie Cormier and nephew, Riley Cormier. Todd also leaves behind his pride and joy, son, Brayden, the love of his life.
Todd was a very loving son, father, brother and uncle.
For the best part of his life, Todd grew up on Lake Road, Glace Bay. Later he resided in Sydney, N.S., Grande Cache and Edmonton, Alberta. Todd has many friends in Nova Scotia and Alberta.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 in V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve St., Glace Bay with Rev. Vernon Reid officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
