MCQUADE (HENRY), MARGARET EDITH - October 21, 1917 - July 25, 2009 - Our loving mother passed away peacefully at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, NB on July 25, 2009. How blessed was she to be able to join our father, Andrew, on the actual date of their 70th wedding anniversary. She was a former president and lifetime member of the Catholic Women's League. She also served as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a strong believer of her religion and found great comfort in her personal prayers. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Andrew Frederick; her sons Norman and John; and daughter Dorothy. Margaret is survived by nine children, Gwenyth Estes (Ken) from Camano Island, Washington; Monica McQuade (Joe DeLong) of Juniper, NB; Charles (Barbara) of Perth, NB; Frederick (Shelia) of Johnville, NB; Raymond (Maureen) of Saint John, NB; Terry of Bath, NB; Richard (Nancy) of Bath, NB; Marven (Valerie) of Johnville, NB and Vernon of Dartmouth, NS. She was a loving grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 24. Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors at 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville on Monday, July 27th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 28th, 2009 at 11:00 AM from St. John the Evangelist Church, Johnville with Father David Fulton as celebrant.
