Paul A. LeBlanc 1941 - 2002 MEMRAMCOOK, NB - Paul LeBlanc of La Hetriere passed away on Friday September 13, 2002 at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 60. Paul was the son of the late Albert and Beatrice (Landry) LeBlanc. He was a retired instructor at the C.C.N.B. Bathurst in the pipe fitting and plumbing trade. He was a former member of the Club Richelieu of Bathurst and Golden Age Club of Memramcook. Paul also loved outdoor sports, bowling and volleyball. He is survived by his wife Philomene (Bourgeois) LeBlanc; three daughters, Nadine Doucet (Marc Boulay) of Petit Rocher, Dénise LeBlanc (Ron) of La Hetriere, Francine (Jean- Claude) Belliveau of Dieppe and three grandsons, Mathieu, Marc, Gino; six sisters, Jeannita (Edgar) Bourgeois, Leona (Omer) Bourgeois, Louise (Leonard) Bourgeois, Violette (Jean-Paul) Gaudet, Lucie LeBlanc all of Dieppe and by Majella (Leonce) Gautreau of La Hetriere; three brothers, Rene (Andrea) LeBlanc, Bernard (Huberte) LeBlanc, Raymond (Jeannine) LeBlanc all of Dieppe and also by several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother Camille; a sister Angeline and by a baby sister Lea. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home in Memramcook (758- 2658) on Monday September 16 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday September 17 from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Funeral will be held at St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Tuesday September 17 at 7:00 p.m. Donations to the Leon Richard Oncology Center or the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
