Derrick Blake Robinson 1989 - 2002 FAIRFIELD, N.B. (Dorchester) - The death of Derrick Robinson, age 13, of Fairfield, N.B. occurred on Monday, December 23, 2002 at The Moncton Hospital. Born on August 11, 1989 in Sackville, N.B., he was the son of James Robinson and Kathy Amos of Fairfield, N.B. Derrick enjoyed ATV's and loved his cat and dog, wildlife and the outdoors, the camp and going places and doing things with his family. He was a grade eight student at Marshview Middle School in Sackville, N.B. Derrick will be sadly missed by his parents James and Kathy of Fairfield, N.B.; two brothers Matthew and Christopher Robinson, both at home; grandmother Julia Robinson; two aunts, Pat (Greg) Estabrooks and Debbie (Ralph) Mitton; four uncles, Dave (Lynn) Amos, Al (Jean) Amos, Brian (Linda) Amos and Gary (Kim) Amos; several cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather Fred Robinson and grandparents Fred and Shirley Amos. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell's Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Campbell's Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Friday, December 27, 2002 at 2 PM at Main Street Baptist Church, Sackville, with Pastor Barry Todd officiating. Interment will be in Four Corners Cemetery. A time of tea and fellowship will be held following the service at the Main Street Baptist Church, with refreshments provided by the ladies of the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Derrick's memory may be made to the IWK Children's Hospital or to the charity of one's choice.
