Elsie Maud Miles 1909 - 2003 Elsie M. Miles, of Lakeview Manor Nursing Home, Riverview, and formerly of Peoples Park Towers, Moncton, passed away at her residence on Sunday, April 27, 2003 at the age of 93 years. Born in London, England on November 11, 1909 she was the daughter of the late Alice Holloway. As well as being a full time mother, Elsie was a former employee of the T. Eaton Co., working in the jewellery department.She attended St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Woolridge Ave. Riverview. Mother of Margaret (Roy Pawson), Nottingham, England, Pamela (Pablo Morros) of Montreal, John Hipkin of Cambridge, England, Anthony Turney of San Francisco, Ca. USA, David Miles (B.J.), Hugh Miles (Mary) of Riverview, grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Arthur Miles in 1986. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing, visitation at the funeral home.The Memorial Service will be held at St. John The Baptist Anglican Church on Friday, May 2, 2003 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Albert Snelgrove officiating.Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to The Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in Elsie's memory would be appreciated by her family.
