Raymond Landry

Raymond Landry GRAND-DIGUE, NB - Raymond Landry, 65, widowed of Florine Landry (Gallant),of Grand-Digue, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on April 27, 2003, due to a sudden illness. Born in Robichaud Office on October 16, 1937, He was the son of the late Albert Landry, and Agnèse Thibodeau. He worked as an electrician contractor. He attended La Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grand-Digue. He was a pioneer in the early years through the Community College with the involvement of teaching in Edmundston, also directing the Campbellton Community College. He also received great satisfaction in the last 15 years with his electrical contracting business. His charm and presence will be missed by all. He is survived by one son, Denis Landry (Anne), Shippagan, NB; five brothers, Jean-Guy Landry (Emma), Barachois, Cloris Landry (Imelda),Robichaud, Antoine Landry (Victorine); Robichaud, Merville,Landry, Beresford, Alfred Landry (Freda), Shediac; two sisters, Murielle Cormier (René), Barachois, Bernice Desjardin (Adrien), Moncton. He was predeceased by one brother Gerald and one sister Thérèse; one grandchild, Sébastien that will miss him very much. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home requested by the family. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Service will be held at La Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grand-Digue on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at 7pm. A Reception will follow at Notre Centre, Grand-Digue. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are under the care of Coopérative Funéraire Passage Funeral Co-operative, 3754 Rte 134, Shediac Bridge, NB 532-1050
