Emile Babineau RICHIBUCTOU-VILLAGE, NB - Emile Babineau, 88, of RichibouctouVillage, NB, husband of Roseline (Daigle) Babineau, passed away at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, SainteAnne de Kent, NB on Saturday, February 7, 2004 after a brief illness. Born in Richibouctou-Village, NB on May 22, 1915, he was the son of the late Fred Babineau and Francoise Bastarache. He was a fisherman and farmer and attended St.-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, RichibouctouVillage. He was also a member of Richibouctou-Village Golden Age Club. He is survived by his wife, Roseline Babineau; four daughters, Rose-Eva Nowlan (Emerile) of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Anne-Marie Robichaud (Eddie) of Gatineau, Qué., Alice Maillet (Guy) of Dieppe, Cécile Landry (Raymond) of Saint-Anselme; one sister, Adelade Leclair (Late Joseph) of Villa Maria, SaintLouis; 11 grandchildren, Claude (Gisèle), André, Denise Nowlan, Anne (Roland) Roy, Jean-Marc (Mylène), Yves (Josée), Claude (Karen) Robichaud, Nicole (David), Monique (Jonathan) Maillet, Charles, Angèle Landry; ten great grandchildren, Keith, Alison, Nathalie, Emilie, Maxime, Lucas Nowlan, Erika, Roch Maillet, Justin, Miguel Roy; several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one son, Camille at two days old; five sisters, Philomène (Dan) Lavoie, Marie (Georges) Despres, Hélene (Olivier) Cormier, Dométhilde and Emilienne Babineau; four brothers, Aimé (Agnes), Francois (Christine), Joseph, and Joseph Emile. Resting at St-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Richibouctou-Village with visiting hours on Tuesday, February 10 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Wednesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. The funeral service will be held at St.-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richibouctou-Village on Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 4:00 pm. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
