Gerald Cormier

Gerald Cormier ST-ANSELME, NB - Gerald Cormier, 71, passed away at the Moncton Hospital, Friday July 23, 2004. Born in Breau Creek, he was the son of the late Edmond Cormier and late Bernadette Doucette. He worked as a supervisor for Dept of Transportation at the Memramcook location for 32 years. He was a member of the Golden Age Club of St-Anselme and attented StAnselme Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Rose (Bourque) Cormier; one daughter, Darlene Cormier (Greg Provost) of Alberta; one son, Duane (Ginette) Cormier of Taylor Village; four sisters, Doris (late Raymond) LeBlanc of Old Shediac Rd, Bertha (late Raymond) LeBlanc and Aline Gautreau both of Dieppe, Marguerite (Alphie) Ranson of Saint John; six brothers, Malcolm (Yolande) Cormier of Sackville, Yvon (Doris) Cormier and Jean-Louis (Claudette) Cormier both of Breau Creek, Leonce Cormier of Alberta, Rolando (Marcella) Cormier of Memramcook East, Romeo (Judy) Cormier of Breau Creek; two grandchildren, Vincent and Julien; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ina White and two brothers, Alyre and Francis. Visitation at Dupuis Funeral Home on Sunday July 25 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Monday July 26 from 2 to 6:15 pm. Funeral will be held on Monday July 26 at 7:00 pm at St-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, St-Anselme. Interment at St-Thomas de Memramcook cemetery in Memramcook.
