Nicholas Denis Vallis QUISPAMSIS, NB - Nicholas Denis Vallis , of Quispamsis, passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late James N. and Clara L. (Saunders) Vallis. Nic was owner/manager of Economy Glass and Mirror in Moncton. During the second world war, Nic served in the North Atlantic. Nicholas is survived by his loving wife, Norma D. (McInnis) Vallis; one daughter, Karen Lynn (David) Estabrooks of Saint John; stepbrother, Russell Gilliland of Saint John; and a grandson, Jonathan. Nicholas was predeceased by two stepbrothers, James and Oliver Gilliland; one brother, George Vallis; two sisters, Margaret Thomas and Angeline Ashford. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424) with visitations on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home "Chapel" on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 1pm. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
