Ronald Lindsay 1919 - 2005 Ronald Lindsay, 85, of Moncton, passed away at The Sackville Memorial Hospital on Sunday, August 7, 2005. Born in Southend on Sea, England on August 20, 1919, he was the son of the late Herbert and Florence (Lewis) Lindsay. A Veteran of the Second World War, Ronald served with the Royal Engineers, British Army. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Moncton Branch # 6, a past president of the Lions Senior Citizens Club and a member of Wesley Memorial United Church. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mildred (Milton); a brother, Eric James, of England; as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, on Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 10:30 AM, followed by a Graveside Memorial Service at 11:00 AM in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
