Ronald Sanders 1908 - 2005 Ronald Sanders, 97, passed away at the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on Friday, December 2, 2005. Born in Mitcham, Surrey, England on February 24th, 1908, he was the son of the late John and Rose (Newbridge) Sanders. A Veteran of The Second World War, Ron served in North Africa and Europe with the British Army. He is survived by his wife, Viola (Walters) Sanders of Moncton; son, Jim Sanders (Norma); daughter, Janet Rose Vincent of Ottawa; grandson, Matthew Vincent; adored by his granddaughter, Amy Vincent; great granddaughter, Ashley Vincent; as well as family in the United Kingdom. There will be no visitation prior to the funeral service to be held from the Moncton Citadel of the Salvation Army, 20 Centennial Drive, Moncton on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 12:30 pm, Captain David McNeilly officiating. A reception for Ron's family and friends will follow the service in the Church Hall. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
