Kathleen Stultz

Kathleen Stultz KEENANS, NB- Mrs. Kathleen Stultz, wife of John Stultz, of Keenans passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the age of 70. Born in Howards, Kathleen was the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Layton) Keenan. She worked for Blue Cross and also Zellers. Kathleen attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, John; one daughter, Katherine Dunn (Robert), of Nepean, Ontario and their two children, Amanda and Tyler; one son, Michael (Anne) of Guelph, Ontario, and their two children, Megan and Matthew; one sister, Eileen Fournier (John Guy), of Moncton; two brothers, Gerald (Daphne), of Moncton; Robert (Madine), of Blackville, and several nieces and nephews. The family received relatives and friends at the Father A.A. MacKinnon Memorial Room in Blackville, on Monday, August 21, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday, August 22, at 11 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church in Howards, with Father Vincent Donovan officiating. Organist, Catherine Frenette, accompanied the choirs of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church and St. Raphael's in the singing of the hymns: How Great Thou Art, Amazing Grace, Here I Am Lord, and Peace Is Flowing Like A River. Readers were Madine Keenan and Guy Fournier. Madine Keenan led the congregation in Prayers of the Faithful. Active pallbearers were: Mike Jeaneau, Jeff Keenan, Kelly James, Tony Fournier, Paul Fournier, and Phil Fournier. Honorary pallbearers were: Ronnie Vickers, Frank Keenan, Billy Keenan, Dave Cassett, Fred Fairley, Leonard Deveau and Tommy Keenan. Burial was in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice. The funeral arrangements were in the care of Northumberland Funeral Home, 102 Pleasant St. Telephone 622-7741.
