Rita Arsenault 1926 - 2007 Rita Arsenault, 81, wife of the late Normand Arsenault passed away at the Montfort Long-Term Care Home in Ottawa, Ontario on November 28, 2007. Born August 5, 1926 in Shediac, N. B., she was the daughter of the late Edouard and Mathilde (Richard) LeBlanc. Mrs. Arsenault was a retired employee of Sears Canada. She is survived by her daugher, Mona Bieber (Douglas) of Ottawa, ON; three sisters, Léona Cormier (Aurèle) of Memramcook, Dorothy Francoeur of Shediac, Jeanne McQueen (Donald) of Maberly, ON; two granddaughters, Danielle and Caroline; and by several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Normand (1977), she was also predeceased by her son, Richard E. (2001); two brothers, Camille and Albert LeBlanc; and by four sisters, Edna, Lorraine, Laura and infant Mona. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at St. Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. A reception will follow at the St. Joseph Pastoral Center, Shediac.
