SEAMAN, GENEVA J. - Geneva J. Seaman, 78, of Spencer Memorial Home, Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, October 4, 2009. Born in Sunny Brae, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Elsie (Chapman) Fairweather. Geneva was a retired employee of the Moncton Hospital with 21 years service and was a member of Mountain View United Church. She enjoyed travelling and trailering throughout the United States and Canada with her husband Ron for the last number of years. Geneva will be sadly missed by her husband of over 55 years, Ronald G. Seaman; sons, Dr. Brian (Margaret), Halifax, NS; Barry, Texas, USA; granddaughters, Charlene Joy and Jordan Lee; sisters, Phyllis Gillis (Ron), Moncton; Lois Kerwin (Jack), Blockhouse, NS; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, predeceased by sisters, Shirley, Doris and Glendeen; brothers, Blair, Roy, Ivan, Ron and Ken. In keeping with Geneva's wishes, no visitation or public funeral service.
