Richard, Alice (1915-2010) - Alice Richard 94, of Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Monday, March 1st, 2010. Born in St. Charles she was the daughter of the late Philias and Marie Henriette (Gallant) Comeau. Alice will be sadly missed by her four daughters; Vincentine Johnson (Esmond) of St. Louis de Kent, Marie Savoie (Jean-Marie) of Lagaceville, Jeannine Martin (Clément) of St. Louis de Kent, Claudette Richard of Richibucto, three sons; Emile Richard (Doris) of Richibucto, Zoel Richard (Lorenza) of St. Louis de Kent and Edgar Richard (Claudine) of Aldouane; eighteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 1st husband; Theodore Richard, her 2nd husband; Rosimond Richard; infant son; Vincent; four sisters; Marguerite, Celina, Precille, Desanges, four brothers; Antoine, Felix, Livain, and Philias.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9, Thursday at noon until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 4th, 2010 at 2:00 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. Interment will be in the Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date. If so desired donations to the New Brunswick Lung Association, Canadian Cancer Society or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
