It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Howard Fifield, age 83, on Monday, March 8, 2010.
Born in Sydney, he was the son of the late William and Louisa (Fisher) Fifield.
Howard was a member of the United Protestant Church of Sydney River and employed as a salesman for B. Yazer Pontiac, until retirement.
Surviving are his daughters, Louise (Lou) Chisling, Seliena (Ken) King and Marjorie (Mike) Chisholm; two sons, Stephen (Delores) and Karl (Sandra); sister, Marge; brother, Max; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Howard was predeceased by his wife, Fanny (Moores); son, John William, in infancy and sister, Lillian.
There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a family interment will take place at a later date.
