    “Dear Family,

I feel badly that I am unable to be with you all this week. I am committed to preaching this weekend but will be to PEI, hopefully, this Sunday afternoon. I hope we can connect early next week.

Aunt Phyllis was such a special woman with a huge heart. She simply \\\"radiated\\\" love. She had many joys in life as well as many losses. All touched her heart so deeply and became a part of her.

Mom and Phyllis were so close and shared a unique bond. I recall Mom telling me about being on the floor of their monter\\\'s bedroom as their motherwas dying and Mom was sewing a dress for Aunt Phyllis to wear to their mother\\\'s funeral.
Beth was 16 at the time and Phyllis was 12. Loss, caring and compassion started very young in life for both sisters.

May your Mom be received into the eternal love that is greater than our imaginations and may she be held in God\\\'s tender arms as she, in her lifetime, held so many.

    Sincerely,

    (Rev.) Elaine Beattie”
