Ontario Surrounded by his loving family, peacefully at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008, in his 82nd year. Loving father of Wally (Linda) of St. Thomas, Jane Piercey of London, Terry (Janice) of North Sydney, N.S., Linda Carter (Clayton) of New Campbellton, N.S., Eileen Piercey of Aberta, Elaine DeMarco of Hamilton and Tanya Day (Steve) of Courtland. Lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. At Freeman's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. A private family committal will be held in Nova Scotia at a later date. The Jason Smith Funeral Chapel, 689 Norfolk St., North Simcoe entrusted with arrangements.
