The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, March 20, 2010, of William “Bill” Power, of Commerce Crescent, Summerside, aged 71 years. Born in Charlottetown, he was the son of the late William and Hilda (Doyle) Power. Survived by his wife Sandra (Schurman) Power; son, William (Beverly), Beaumont, AB; grandson, Mark; brother ,Wayne (Grace), Kelowna, BC; uncle, Leo (Kay) Doyle, Charlottetown; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by a brother David. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Wednesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations to St. Paul’s Cemetery Fund would be appreciated. www.moase.ca
