Terry Lavoie, 53, of Wedgewood Ave., Riverview passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Moncton Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Born April 7, 1956 in Moncton, he was the son of the late William and Ida (Gallant) Lavoie. Terry was employed with the City of Moncton as a Utility Foreman for 36 years. He was a member of the Moncton Dart Club, a member of the Albert Co. Hunters Association and an active member and past secretary of Local Union 51. He also enjoyed carpentry, gardening and playing pool. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Theresa (Arsenault) Lavoie, two daughters: Tracy Lavoie (Corey Robertson) and Tanya Quinn (Devin) both of Moncton; two sisters: Rose Robichaud of Moncton and Sue Gallant (Reggie) of Gardner, Mass., two brothers: Bob Lavoie (Mona) of Cap Pelé and Jean-Paul Lavoie of North Bay, ON; and by many nieces, nephews and friends. Besides his parents, he is also predeceased by a brother David in 2008.
