Wayne William Scott passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer, surrounded by his family at the Foothills Medical Center.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Velvet; sons, Josh and Matt (Shyanne King); his mother, Davidine Scott (Hinchy); his siblings, John Damien Scott (Maureen), Susan Byrne (Darryl), Joanne White (Jason), the Dax Family as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Melin Damien Scott on Feb. 27, 2001.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, c/o Tom Baker Cancer Center, 1331 - 29 St., NW, Calgary, Alta., T2N 4N2.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Crossfield Community Center, 900 Mountain Ave., Crossfield, Alta., Monday, March 23 at 2 p.m. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Cape Breton, N.S.
