Surrounded by her family, Betty passed away on February 5, 2009.
Loved by her late husband, Luigi; daughter, Rose McInnis (John); daughter, Judi LeBlanc (Ken Baute); son, Glenn LeBlanc (Susan); granddaughters, Ashley and Kalynn LeBlanc, all from Ontario.
Betty was predeceased by her beloved son, Mark; his son, David Luke and Mark’s wife, Linda.
Betty was born and raised in Sea View. Having lived also in South Bar and worked in Sydney, she loved her “Cape Breton Home,†and will be laid to rest here.
Many relatives and friends in Ontario, Alberta and Cape Breton mourn the loss of Betty. She remained faithful to the end. “We love you and will never forget you.â€
Funeral service will held at the Union Presbyterian Church, Albert Bridge on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Kevin Richardson officiating. Interment in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens, following the service.
