Ms. Elva Diane Anderson of Winnipeg suddenly passed away on Monday, April 13, 2009. Diane was born in Regina, Sask on September 20th 1956 to Robert and Louise Anderson. Diane was raised in Regina until 1968 when the family moved to Moose Jaw. She resided in Moose Jaw until three years ago. Diane is predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her daughter Louise(Andrew), son Vince, and granddaughters Keira and Sariyah, her siblings; Destiny Heichart, Bill, Vern (Donna), Phyllis (Lloyd) Longman, Marilyn (Andy) Halbert, Walt (Debbie), Eileen Humphreys, Ida (Mitch) Sachowski, Terry, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Diane Anderson was a good person at heart, she loved her friends and pets, and helped everyone in anyway she could. She will be missed and forever in our hearts. Our mom was loved by everyone she came into contact with even if it was a split second. She made instant friends. She loved to walk everywhere she went. She like to talk about anything, sometimes she would make up a story. She could make any story interesting. Her kids loved her. She gave her son Vince courage, hope and strength. She got her son through school at bad times in their lives, and he will always love her and think about her, and one day they will see each other again. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 1:30p.m. at the Parkview Funeral Home. Pastor Roger Foust will officiate. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday evening (6-10pm) at the Funeral Home at 474 Hochelaga St. W.
