Born in Owen Sound, Ont., on March 3, 1934, daughter of the late Leslie and Theresa (Johnston) Pedoniquotte of Cape Croaker, First Nation, Ont. Cherished mother of Mary (Sherwin) Phillips, Arlington, Michael (Tracey) Labobe, Karen (Nelson) Noye, Jacqueline (Danny) Tuplin, Leslie (David) all of Lennox Island, and Sandra (Steven) Hulan, Dartmouth, N.S. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren. Stepmother of John Joe Sark, Johnstons River. Sister-in-law of Irene (David) Haley, Lennox Island, niece of Mike Akiwenzie, Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. Predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Labobe, second husband, Donald Phillips, daughter, Sharon, son-in-law, Danny Moore, granddaughter Sharon. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the Chapel at1 p.m. Memorials to the Lennox Island Health Centre would be appreciated.
