It is with great sadness that the family of the late John T. Gaudon announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Thursday, January 3, 2008 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Elizabeth and two sisters: Magdalen Bennett of Kippens, Leola (Bill) Massenburg of Texas and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Ameddie and Mary Gaudon, four brothers: Gordon, Claude, Bernard and Edward Gaudon. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday, January 7th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
