1970 - 2010 - Jane Elizabeth Carroll (Power) of 513 Wellington St., Miramichi, NB. Loving wife of Larry Carroll. She passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Region 7 Hospital at the age of 39, on April 24, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. She survived by her devoted husband and two boys Matt and Shane Carroll at home. In addition to her husband and children. She is survived by her loving parents Eldon & Gloria Power of Miramichi and brother Billy Power (Peggy), daughter-in-law to Blair & Thelma Carroll, sister in-law to Greg Carroll (Brigitte), a special aunt to Jacob & Jordan Power and Ella Carroll. Jane had a teacher's degree and taught in Miramichi, Dalhousie, Fredericton, before joining the early intervention team. She also was a devoted sports mom and enjoyed watching her boys playing sports. Spending time with family was very important to her. Jane was a lady of great faith and had a great passion fro spiritual readings and a love of angels.
Visitation with Family & Friends will be held from Maher's Funeral Home Miramichi, NB on Sunday evening from 7 to 9 and on Monday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 2pm from St Michael's Basilica Miramichi. Vigil prayers will be held on Monday evening at 7pm at the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy donations to the New Brunswick Extra Mural Program or any charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
