Ellie passed away peacefully on April 23, 2010 at Wellington Park Terrace, Guelph, Ontario. She will be greatly missed by Raymond, her husband of 63 years, son Keith Farndale (Sue), daughter Denise Watson (Jack), grandchildren Emily and Christopher Watson and her special pup, Molly. Ellie is survived by her sister, Ada Burry of Newfoundland and brother Fred Tipple of Ontario. She is pre-deceased by her parents Cornelia and George Tipple and brothers Tom, Ray, Herb, Ed and Howard. Ellie was kind and caring to all she met and she was especially passionate about children, animals and people with challenges. She enjoyed good desserts, reading, socializing and spending time with her friends and family. In her younger years she was quite a dancer and always had a twinkle in her eye. She was known to brighten up a room with her smile! The family would like to thank the compassionate staff at Wellington Park Terrace and the special in-home caregivers arranged by the CCAC.
