ROBICHEAU, Cheryl Diane - 62 of Nictaux, N.S. passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Homestead, Florida she was a daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth (Lott) Martin. Cheryl enjoyed many things, doing plastic canvas, attending yard sales, music, especially "Elvis" and reminiscing about family and her childhood. She had a love of dogs, especially "Sable" and was known as "Auntie Cheryl" to Mandy and Danté. Cheryl is survived by her husband Tim, Yarmouth; daughters Gerri (Scott) Moore, Wilmot and Lisa Pierce (Allister Muise), Kingston, step-daughter Dawn Lee, Middleton; sisters Paula Parnell and Lisa Martin-Roberts both of Cougar City, Florida; grandchildren Shelley, Jessica, Natalia, Sarah, Lauren and Montana as well as special friend Gayle Ann. She was predeceased by her first husband John Pierce and sister Janice Connor. At Cheryl's wish, cremation has taken place. Visitation was held Monday, April 19th in the Middleton Funeral Home. A memorial service was held Tuesday in the Emmanuel Congregational Christian Church, Middleton, Rev. Dr. Bill MacDougall officiated. Donations in memory may be made the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or charity of choice. Cheryl's family wish to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the I.C.U. staff at Valley Regional Hospital for the compassionate care they provided.
