1944 - 2010 - Lorraine LeBlanc, 65, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, May 4th 2010, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and the late Regina (née: LeBlanc) Bourgeois. Prior to retirement, Mrs. LeBlanc had been employed by Canada Post and she was a parishioner of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church, Lakeburn, NB.
She is survived by her children: Doreen and Joyce (Rick McDermott) both of Dieppe and Frank (Steve Diguer) of Toronto; their father, Anthony LeBlanc; one sister, Norma (Leon) Girouard of Saint John; four grandchildren: Gina, Kayla, Christopher and Christian as well as one niece and two nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Paul.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Saturday, May 8th 2010, at 11am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
