(January 26, 1925 - May 25, 2010) - The passing of Bertha Kinney of Woodstock, NB and formerly of Tilley, NB occurred on May 25, 2010 at the Upper River Valley Hospital at the age of 85. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, ON she was the daughter of the late George and Leah Desjardin. Bertha is survived by three daughters Lorna (Mike) King of Sault Ste. Marie, Jean (Maurice) Lemire of Ottawa and Candace (Candy) (Joe) Casey of Fredericton; daughter-in-law Adele Kinney of Woodstock; five grandchildren Kevin King, Fred Kinney, Amanda Swazey, Holly Perley and Lorna Lemire and seven great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, husband Lorne Kinney, daughter Mary Jane, son George.
Resting at White's Funeral Home, 20 Industrial Park St. Perth-Andover with visiting hours on Friday, May 28th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 29th at 2 pm from White's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in the Lerwick Cemetery.
