Suddenly on June 25, 2010 in London, Ontario at the age of 74. Born in Saint John, son of the late Francis and Annie (Kingston) McNeill. Joe attended Saint John Vocational School and served with the RCAF from 1953 to 1956. Joe enjoyed playing golf and darts with his friends in London, Ontario. He is survived by his brother Daniel (Barbara) of Cape Cod, Mass, sister-in-laws Agnes and Shirley McNeill and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his brothers Frank and John.
