Loving brother of Brian, Dylan, Mitchell, Christopher, Jeremy, Kristian, Jerico, Tommy and Gus. Beloved grandson of Patricia Harper, O'Leary; Irma Ahern (Emmett Profit), Alberton; Osborne (Marie) Phillips, O'Leary.

Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass on Friday at St. Simon and St. Jude Roman Catholic Church, Tignish, at 2 p.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. In memory of Jesse, memorials to the Jesse Reginald Harper Scholarship Fund would be appreciated.
