The death of Launa May (Mathias) Lunn, age 66, wife of the late Graham Lunn of Waverley, NS, occurred as a result of a fire at Long Point, NB, on Saturday, July 17, 2010. She was born on May 10, 1944, the daughter of the late John and Flora (Roberts) Mathias. Launa is survived by her daughter Amber May and Terrance Nelson of Dartmouth, NS; sons Michael and Robyn Brade of Halifax, NS, Anthony Brade; nine grandchildren; sister Ann Moses of Yarmouth, NS; brothers Robert and Jean Mathias of Waverley, NS, Stuart and Anne Mathias, Christopher Mathias both of Wales; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting will be at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday. Funeral service, with Rev. George Howe officiating, will be held from Sherwood's Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday July 24, 2010. Interment will be in Kiersteadville Cemetery.
